AbYsSIt's pretty good as of now!! When you play co-op, everyone gets their own drop so no more stealing! - Awesome for boss fights, if the item is no good for you, then you can trade.
AbYsSThey have an auction house now which is neat, when the game comes out apparently you will be able to sell items and your character(s) for REAL money.
